The predecessor of the company is Ningbo Yinli Stainless Steel kitchenware Manufacture Co., Ltd, is an earlier and larger scale professional kitchen engineering enterprise in the province. 2、professional maintenance personnel: Setting up full-time after service maintenance personnel, all personnel undergo vocational training; have kinds of operation card on duty (electric engineering, gas utensil, pressure containers). Besides eliminating the trouble, they will carry on round special interview and investigation to users regularly, and report the feedback suggestion of users to technical department and engineering department, in order to improve on the product structure rationally, thus to improve the whole technical level of company, to serve users better.
3、the accessories of maintain tools: All maintenance personals equip one set maintain tools in common use and part quick-wear pieces, to guarantee that the troubles of cooking ranges and electric apparatus products can be eliminated once only.
4、Supplies of maintain fittings: Because the kitchen facility hasn’t been listed in the national standard yet, with bad fittings mutual exchange characteristic, while the kitchen utensils products upgrade fast. So we always keep a certain amount of quick-wear pieces storage for each specification, and each variety product that left factory, no exception for auxiliary products purchased outside. The information of all products, its’ interior structure and its’ user will be kept in the archives and put on records by the muniment room, to insure the maintenance work be in time and accurate.
5、special for after service: Every office outside equips after service special, guarantees to reach the maintaining locale within two or three hours, eliminating the trouble in time. The engineering department equips motorcycle specially, is used for maintenance specially. Guarantees to reach within 30 minutes in Ningbo downtown, reach within 90 minutes in suburb, and reach within 4-12 hours in trans-regional.

At software aspects
1、 Training to customer personnel: The enterprise is responsible for operating and maintains training for all offered equipments; for kitchen equipment maintaining and maintenance technology training for customer engineering department professional personnel.
2、 One week resident after-sale service: From the day of equipment begins to come into operation, the enterprise will delivery 1 technology almighty maintenance personal, have round check and is responsible for the maintain and maintenance work of kitchen equipment all-sidedly within one week, to guarantee the normal running of the equipment, all expenses are paid by the enterprise.
3、Long-term after- sale service: The enterprise is responsible for 12 months guarantee for the equipment, all expenses will be free because of equipment itself cause; only accessories material charge will be paid because of the damage made by improperly use of users or other accidents; the maintenance personnel of the enterprise should reach the scene within 12 hours after receiving the telephone of reporting for repairment; after the guarantee period expired, it will still be maintained for life, only material charge will be paid at the appointed time.
