service maintenance personnel, all personnel undergo vocational
training; have kinds of operation card on duty (electric engineering,
gas utensil, pressure containers). Besides eliminating the trouble,
they will carry on round special interview and investigation
to users regularly, and report the feedback suggestion of users
to technical department and engineering department, in order
to improve on the product structure rationally, thus to improve
the whole technical level of company, to serve users better.
3、the accessories of maintain tools: All maintenance personals
equip one set maintain tools in common use and part quick-wear
pieces, to guarantee that the troubles of cooking ranges and
electric apparatus products can be eliminated once only.
4、Supplies of maintain fittings: Because the kitchen facility
hasn’t been listed in the national standard yet, with bad fittings
mutual exchange characteristic, while the kitchen utensils products
upgrade fast. So we always keep a certain amount of quick-wear

begins to come into operation, the enterprise will delivery

the normal running of the equipment, all expenses are paid by
the enterprise.
3、Long-term after- sale service: The enterprise is responsible
for 12 months guarantee for the equipment, all expenses will
be free because of equipment itself cause; only accessories
material charge will be paid because of the damage made by improperly
use of users or other accidents; the maintenance personnel of
the enterprise should reach the scene within 12 hours after
receiving the telephone of reporting for repairment; after the
guarantee period expired, it will still be maintained for life,
only material charge will be paid at the appointed time.
